Job Description:

    We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front face of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

      The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and maintain strong relationships with clients.

        Responsibility:

        • To drive the growth of the company by making strategic plan for future development and generate the pipeline of new business opportunities coming in.
        • To conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
        • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
        • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
          • Requirement:

            • Should have minimum 3 years of working experience in a Domestic BPO which has around 1000+ employees as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive or a relevant role.
            • Should have knowledge of the marketplace and of the company’s competitors.
            • Should possess Managerial communications expertise.
            • Should have Competitive intelligence and Presentation Skills.
            • Should be good at Conflict resolution and negotiation and must have Strategic Planning Skills.
            • Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in business administration, sales or relevant field.
            • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
            • This will be Individual Contributor role.
